Venture Fair (Wargame Rules)

This is my game of the glorious campaign of the Earl of Montrose in Scotland in 1644-45. The game is not yet ready for play testing but I'm including it here largely so I don't forget it! Having left the development fallow for some six months I'm surprised how much I like it on re-reading it, but I'm also surprised at how unfinished it is. So, the current state of play is:
